Welcome! I’m Dorcas Buzigire George, and I’m passionate about building bridges between people, sectors, and countries to create meaningful opportunities. I am CEO of Primoveo LLC, a policy advisor, entrepreneur, international business consultant, human rights advocate, public speaker, and lawyer.
I have an LLM in International Business Law from American University and multiple degrees in law, philosophy, and human services, and my career spans legal advocacy, strategic consulting, international commerce, and ethics and compliance leadership. I have been a representative at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the UN Commission on the Status of Women, held senior roles in global humanitarian organizations, and have worked across more than 50 countries in the U.S., South America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
I am fluent in English, French, Swahili, Lingala, and Mashi, and as a public speaker I have addressed audiences worldwide. As a policy advisor and consultant, I leverage my extensive U.S. and African policy-maker and business networks to guide clients on governance, compliance, and international business strategy, blending legal expertise, human rights advocacy, and entrepreneurial leadership to create opportunities and business success.
